Duties

Assist with transfers from bed, wheelchair and chair

Assist with bathing and dressing

Grooming

Assist with bedpans and urinals or commodes

Help with ROM

Alzheimer's & Dementia Care

Meal preparation

Light Housekeeping

Companionship

Transportation

Medication reminders

Complete a daily care log sheet at the end of each shift

Maintaining and establishing a professional rapport with the office staff, client, family and health professionals

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent GED

Current, Valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance REQUIRED

Dependable transportation

Experience in home care or related field preferred

Ability to complete written exam and completion of 4/hr training 

Current TB shot
